Michael J. Rudman
 Biography

Michael J. Rudman (b.1951) is an Ontario composer currently living in Toronto.

He first studied composition with Talivaldis Kenins while still in high school. Continuing his studies at university, he worked with John Beckwith, Gustav Ciamaga, Derek Holman, Lothar Klein, Oskar Morawetz, and John Weinzweig. He holds a Bachelor of Music Degree in composition (University of Toronto), a Licentiate Diploma in piano pedagogy (Trinity College of Music, England), and Associate Diplomas in voice (Western Ontario Conservatory of Music, London Ontario) and piano (Royal Conservatory of Music, Toronto).
