Martha Hill Duncan
 Biography

Martha Hill Duncan is a native Texan, but immigrated to Canada in 1982. She was awarded a Bachelor's Degree in Composition from the University of Texas at Austin, and continued her studies with Samuel Dolin in Toronto. In addition to piano and chamber works, she frequently writes for choir and voice, including several works based on native Canadian writings. Numerous of these works have received publication, and several have been included in the ACNMP's Contemporary Showcase syllabus. Martha Hill Duncan also teaches composition and piano at Kingston Suzuki Summer Music Festival, and is a member of the Aurora Women's Choir. Ms. Duncan lives in Kingston, Ontario.
